This is the result of about an hour-and-a-half of my fooling around with a Graphics Tablet (a Bamboo Fun, to be precise) for the very-first time.  I started with a photo I took of an Arkansas sunrise and went from there while (sort-of) following a tutorial in a book.  The point of the tutorial was to demonstrate importing a 3-D object into Photoshop (CS4) where you can position it as you like and then paint right on it.  That’s where the ship came from … it was actually a 3-D model I found some place like Artist-3D.com
