A panoramic view of the Little Maumelle, looking upriver through Pinnacle Valley with Pinnacle Mountain just left of center in the distance (the one that looks like a volcano). Photo taken on a stormy April day in 2016, from the Two Rivers Pedestrian Bridge in Little Rock.
The Two Rivers Pedestrian Bridge is a sister to the Big Dam Bridge, which is located just downriver from here. This one is built across the Little Maumelle River just where it joins the Arkansas River – the confluence can be seen in the center of the panorama above, and I-430 can be seen just to the right of that. These photos were taken from the south side of Two Rivers Park, which exists on both sides of the Little Maumelle with this bridge connecting between.
